The Commemorative Air Force is honored to carry on the wishes of James C. Ray by providing opportunities for young people to learn and grow through aviation. At our Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC), through the generous support of the Ray Foundation, we have created STEM programs for all ages and abilities that marry the intrigue of flight with the academic standards needed for success. We are also thrilled to launch the CAF Ray Pilot Scholarship program that will not only invite students to get involved in aviation but provide a pathway to becoming a pilot. Partnering together with the Ray Foundation, together we are helping to develop the next generation of aviators and achievers.
